This project consisted of the removal and replacement of a plaza deck encompassing 7^th Street Plaza. The scope of work included the removal of the existing deck, insulation, and waterproofing membrane followed by concrete repairs to base slab and installation of a new waterproofing membrane, insulation, and concrete topping. Entire deck was hoarded and heated throughout the period of the project. This project also involved working with the public and client to accommodate the pedestrian, vehicle traffic, and public transportation around the work zone.
