This project consisted of the Parking Lot Repair Program on the central structure at the Southgate Mall. The scope of work included the removal of the existing concrete topping, insulation, and waterproofing membrane followed by structural concrete repairs and the installation of a new waterproofing membrane, insulation, and concrete topping curbs and medians. This project involved working with the public and client to as well as existing tenant spaces below to accommodate the pedestrian, vehicle traffic, and public transportation around the work zone.
